House Fire — FireFighters In Snellville

Firefighters responded to a report of a House Fire on the 4200 block of Round Stone Trail SW in unincorporated Snellville at 7:35 p.m. Fire crews brought the fire under control shortly after 7:49 p.m. No other injuries were reported in connection with this incident. In addition to the human victim, search teams identified three deceased canine pets inside the home and one feline that was suffering from smoke inhalation. When you call 911 from your cellphone, it’s important to share the location of the emergency with the call taker. We understand that in some cases, providing an exact location may be difficult. Well, there’s an app for that. The What3Words app helps our 911 Center locate callers who are in a location where no roads or a specific mailing address are available. The app gives the caller three words to provide to the dispatcher, allowing first responders to locate them quickly.

House Fire – FireFighters in Lawrenceville

  Earlier this evening, our firefighters responded to the 1700 block of Philadelphia Court in Lawrenceville for a report of a house fire. The fire originated from a mechanical issue with the homeowner's vehicle. Firefighters contained and extinguished the fire in 12 minutes.
