Accordion Sample DescriptionAny individual who has successfully graduated from a Gwinnett County Citizens Fire Academy class is eligible for membership. If you are currently participating in a CFA class you will have the opportunity to join upon graduation.
(a) To stay involved through volunteer opportunities (b) Continual training opportunities (c)To continue to promote Fire & Life Safety education in partnership with the Educators at Gwinnett County Fire Emergency Services (GCFES) (d) You have a desire to make a difference in your community.
Currently there are no membership dues.
(a) Assist on Smoke Alarm Blitz’s, either installing smoke alarms or completing documentation at each house. (b) Help with set-up Table Events, and educate visitors. (c) Help with the Mobile Fire Safety House (MFSH). (d) Help with CPR Classes. (e) Support the Mobile Food Distribution every Tuesday. (f) Support routine medical screenings & immunizations (g) Provide support at GCFES graduations & promotion ceremonies.
