Attend Gwinnett Pride with the Visibility Club Gwinnett thrives with Pride! In Gwinnett County, we celebrate Pride Month every June to affirm our support for the LGBTQ+ community. This year, we are partnering with the Gwinnett Visibility Club for Gwinnett Pride on Saturday, June 21 from noon to 6:00pm at Thrasher Park in Norcross. Learn more about this year’s celebration here. Across the country, Pride Month is recognized every year to commemorate the Stonewall Uprising, a series of protests in 1969, which was a turning point for the Gay Liberation Movement.

The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office is hosting the Bridge the Gap Community 5K this Saturday, May 31 at Rabbit Hill Park, located at 400 Rabbit Hill Road in Dacula. The event will begin at 8:00am, with warm-up, registration, and packet pick-up from 7:00am to 7:45am. The race will finish by 10:30am. The race entry fee is $35.
