All aboard the North Pole Express! Children of all ages will delight in a yummy brunch, making fun crafts, and sharing their wish list with Santa personally! Bring your little ones dressed in pajamas to hear Santa share a magical story, and don't forget your camera for photos with ol' Saint Nick. It takes place Saturday, December 13 at 11:00am at the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse at 185 Crogan Street in Lawrenceville. Each parent, child, and family member must register in advance and pay in order to participate in the event. The cost is $26.00 per Gwinnett resident, $46.00 for non-residents.

Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful will once again host their Christmas tree collection event on January 24, 2026 at Bethesda Park. Rather than placing your live Christmas tree by the curb after the holidays, the eco-friendly organization encourages residents to take part in one of the largest "treecycling" events in Georgia! Drop off live trees at designated Fire Stations throughout the county from December 26 to January 21. Trees must be free of lights, tinsel, decorations, and tree stands before they are dropped off.
