CPR Classes at Fire HeadQuarters
Here is your chance to learn hands-only CPR! This is a FREE class. Classes are held from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at fire headquarters located at 408 Hurricane Shoals Road NE in Lawrenceville! This class is open to everyone aged 14 and older to help you feel more comfortable dealing with emergencies related to cardiac arrest.

Volunteer Spotlight – Olive Chitty
Our volunteer spotlight this time is on Olive Chitty from class #34! She was amazed to discover the range of specialized Rescue Trucks equipped for extrication, search and rescue missions, and technical rescues. She hadn’t known that the Fire Department also has a Hazardous Materials unit. The highlight for her was witnessing the Lucas Device in action. Olive is our social media guru and is responsible for finding all of this cool information that is posted on our site! We appreciate you Olive! ( from the rest of the Board! )
