Summer Youth Police Academy Training
Get ready for an immersive experience into the world of law enforcement. This free week-long academy is exclusively for Gwinnett students in grades 7 through 12 (as of August 2025). Whether you’re curious about the inner workings of public safety or eager to develop essential life skills, this program offers a unique, hands-on experience.

Our program provides an unparalleled behind-the-scenes look at law enforcement’s critical role in our community. Youth will dive into practical activities such as learning CPR/AED, emergency vehicle operations, exploring crime scene investigations, understanding internet safety, training with the K9 unit, and so much more.
