The police department and other county partners have responded to numerous road issues and vehicle accidents. The police department is encouraging everyone to stay off the roadways unless absolutely necessary. The following list of major road issues have been reported (Last Updated: 0931):
Stone Drive in Lilburn – Several vehicles off the roadway
Killian Hill Road / Five Forks Trickum Road – Several vehicle accidents.
Five Forks Trickum Road / Oleander Drive – Large vehicle accident involving tractor trailer.
Buford Drive / Ridge Road – Vehicle accident with large backup. Roadway is closed down.
Winder Hwy / Harbins Road – Road is iced over
Boggs Road / Old Norcross Road – 20-30 vehicles stuck in roadway. Major backup
Peachtree Industrial Blvd / Holcomb Bridge – Large vehicle accident
Indian Trail Lilburn Road / Warners Trail – Multiple vehicles blocking roadway
Lawrenceville Suwanee Road near Duluth Hwy – Multiple vehicles in the roadway.
Hamilton Mill Road / Braselton Hwy – Vehicle accident that is causing heavy traffic. Multiple issues on Hamilton Mill Road.
Satellite Blvd / Steve Reynolds – At least 20 vehicles stopped in roadway.
Sugarloaf Pkwy / La Mancha Court – Numerous vehicles stuck in roadway.
Centerville Rosebud Road / Mink Livsey Road – Several vehicles stuck in roadway.
Dacula Road / Fence Road – Dacula Road is shut down. Multiple vehicles stuck in the roadway.
