Back to school with Genesis Outreach, Inc. Genesis Outreach, Inc., a Gwinnett Serves nonprofit partner, is seeking volunteers for its 12th Annual Back-to-School Block Party on Friday, August 2, from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at South Gwinnett High School in Snellville. This indoor event is expected to serve thousands of families with backpacks, clothing, and hygiene supplies, and is looking for volunteers to assist with setup, distribution, and family engagement. A friendly reminder that our Mobile Food Distribution for Tuesday, July 29, 2025 will be at Corners Outreach located at 1854 Shackleford  Ct.,  Norcross, GA 30093. To ensure a smooth start, please aim to arrive at the distribution site by 1:00 PM. The food distribution will begin at 3:00 PM and will continue until supplies run out.  This is mostly a walk-up event with other organizations handing out other types of items. During the event, we'll be engaged in tasks such as assembling packages of non-perishable food items and produce for distribution.
