Wellness Fair event that took place on Friday August 2nd at 75 Langley Drive Lawrenceville GA, 30046 on 1st and 2nd floors of the GJAC building. Today, Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Servicesheld a SafeSitter class with 25 enthusiastic participants! A huge thank you to our amazing Fire Educators Marcela and Hugo for their dedication and hard work in teaching essential skills and safety practices. Your efforts make a big difference in our community! The SafeSitter program is a nationally recognized training course designed to equip young adolescents with essential skills for safely caring for themselves and younger children. On July 16th, our community came together for an amazing food distribution event at Al-Noor Banquet Hall, and it was a phenomenal success! A huge thank you to our incredible CFA volunteers, Ellen and Gene. Hard working CRR Educators Hugo & Kenesha were also on hand. The heroes from Station 11 also joined us, stepping in to assist with loading vehicles – their support was invaluable! 🚒 And let’s not forget our youngest volunteer, who proved that it's never too early to start giving back to the community! 🌟 A heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated and supported this initiative.…

Photos from a Bike Rodeo at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Thank you to the Gwinnett County CRR Educators in coordination with Safe Kids who fitted and gave away bike helmets to the children! A huge thank you to Shon Jones for providing the delicious catered dinner to Station 12 last night! The Mixed Salad, Bourbon Chicken, Sautéed Mixed Veggies, Roasted Rosemary Potatoes, Dinner Rolls, and various yummy Desserts were all amazing. Tea and Lemonade were also provided, making the meal perfect! Your generosity and thoughtfulness are greatly appreciated by all. Also, a big shoutout to the CFA Alumni for donating children's helmets and stickers to Station 12. Community support helps us keep our community's youngest members safe and happy.
