Join Gwinnett Police and Gwinnett Fire and Emergency Services for the 15th annual Public Safety Fall Festival at Coolray Field, 2500 Buford Drive, Lawrenceville, on Saturday, September 7, 10:00am to 2:00pm! This family-friendly event features giveaways, food trucks, and demonstrations. This year, we will host the Peach State Rodeo where highly trained police motorcyclists from across the country will showcase their skills performing different challenges, including a speed competition. Wellness Fair event that took place on Friday August 2nd at 75 Langley Drive Lawrenceville GA, 30046 on 1st and 2nd floors of the GJAC building. Today, Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Servicesheld a SafeSitter class with 25 enthusiastic participants! A huge thank you to our amazing Fire Educators Marcela and Hugo for their dedication and hard work in teaching essential skills and safety practices. Your efforts make a big difference in our community! The SafeSitter program is a nationally recognized training course designed to equip young adolescents with essential skills for safely caring for themselves and younger children. On July 16th, our community came together for an amazing food distribution event at Al-Noor Banquet Hall, and it was a phenomenal success! A huge thank you to our incredible CFA volunteers, Ellen and Gene. Hard working CRR Educators Hugo & Kenesha were also on hand.
