February 11 is National Emergency Number Day! When you dial 9-1-1 in Gwinnett, your call is answered by our highly trained professionals at the Gwinnett 911 Call Center, which dispatches police, fire, and EMS units 24/7. These call takers listen, ask important questions, and get help on the way immediately, often before you hang up. With election season underway, it's important to register to vote now. All Gwinnett County Government offices, apart from operations required for the comfort and safety of residents, will be closed Monday, February 16 for the Presidents Day holiday and will resume regular hours on Tuesday, February 17. Trash and recycling collection will remain the same during the holiday.
