When forecasted temperatures reach 35 degrees Fahrenheit or below, the County’s five warming stations open from 6:00 pm to 7:00 am to offer temporary overnight relief from long-term exposure. Residents in need can warm up, eat a meal, and get some rest. On-call volunteers are needed to help staff organize check-in materials, greet participants, monitor program areas, assist with set-up and break down, and perform other related station tasks.
