On 14-Dec-2025 , our firefighters battled a fire that destroyed six apartment units, displacing thirty people. (Norcross, Ga., Dec. 14, 2025) – Firefighters responded at 10:03 p.m. to multiple 911 callers reporting an apartment fire at the Las Palmas at 2113 Seasons Parkway in Norcross. The 911 caller advised that there was a fire in the building and that everyone was out of the apartments. In the early morning hours today, firefighters arrived on scene to a large blaze that devastated one home and displaced three adults at the 2700 block of Peachtree Walk in Duluth. Luckily, our firefighters quickly extinguished the flames using four hose lines, and everyone who was home at the time of the fire was able to escape.
