Eco warriors wanted: Volunteer at Household Hazardous Waste event
Improper disposal of household hazardous wastes like aerosols, flammable liquids, fuels, and oil paints can severely damage our local environment. Gwinnett Water Resources and Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful are looking for volunteers to assist residents with safe hazardous waste disposal at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds on Saturday, July 26, from 7:30am to 1:00pm.
Your help ensures these harmful materials are handled responsibly, protecting our beautiful county for everyone. Volunteers assist with directing traffic, unloading vehicles, breaking down boxes, and other tasks. Participants must be 16 or older. We also invite groups to be a part of this annual event!
