A huge thank you to Dr. Carol Terry, Medical Examiner for Gwinnett County, for joining us at our Citizens Fire Academy Alumni meeting and delivering an eye-opening and educational presentation!
Dr. Terry gave us a fascinating look into the critical role a Medical Examiner plays in our community. From investigating sudden, unexpected, or unexplained deaths, to determining whether a death is a homicide, suicide, accidental, natural, or undetermined, her work helps bring clarity, justice, and closure to families and the community.
We are grateful for her time, expertise, and dedication to public service. Her presentation reminded us of just how many professionals are working behind the scenes to keep our community safe and informed.
