(Norcross, Ga., Dec. 14, 2025) – Firefighters responded at 10:03 p.m. to multiple 911 callers reporting an apartment fire at the Las Palmas at 2113 Seasons Parkway in Norcross. The 911 caller advised that there was a fire in the building and that everyone was out of the apartments. In the early morning hours today, firefighters arrived on scene to a large blaze that devastated one home and displaced three adults at the 2700 block of Peachtree Walk in Duluth. Luckily, our firefighters quickly extinguished the flames using four hose lines, and everyone who was home at the time of the fire was able to escape. (Norcross,GA., October 12, 2025), Firefighters responded at 2:46 p.m. to a neighbor's report of an apartment fire at the Reserve at Gwinnett apartments at 1780 Graves Road NW in Norcross. No occupants were in the apartment at the time of the incident, and they stated they were out at the park all day. Firefighters responded at 3:45 a.m. on 21-Sep-2025 to a house fire on the 900 block of Overlook Path Way SE, Lawrenceville. Fire units arrived and found a two-story residential structure with heavy fire coming from the garage area. Gwinnett County Police relayed the location of the possible trapped victim to firefighters.
