All Gwinnett County Government offices, except those required for the comfort and safety of residents, will be closed on Monday, September 1st, for the Labor Day holiday and will resume regular hours on Tuesday, September 2. Trash and recycling collection will be delayed by one day during the holiday week. For more informa­tion, visit GCSolidWaste.com. A Magistrate Court judge will be available at the Gwinnett County De­tention Center during the holiday.

We continue to offer a once-a-month program giving youth in grades 9 through 12 the opportunity to connect with police officers through our Badges and Youth Education Program. The interactive sessions will focus on a variety of safety and security topics that teach young people how to safely navigate different scenarios.
