When the weather heats up, it’s even more important to make sure kids are hydrated when playing outside. Make sure your child drinks water at least 30 minutes before going outside and every 15 to 20 minutes during playtime. Our Safe Sitter classes provide kids ages 11 to 14 with helpful safety tips for watching younger children, including heat-related emergencies, first aid, and more.
