Help us finish our Back-to-School Supply Drive strong! Please donate to our Back-to-School Supply Drive and help ensure every child starts the 2025-2026 school year prepared and confident. Enhanced Glass Recycling Locations

Gwinnett Solid Waste and Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful have taken steps to make glass recycling more accessible for residents at each of the 13 locations around the county. Each glass recycling location now features an island of carts, with a hole on top, allowing residents to recycle glass items. In addition, the larger main container at each location now features a platform, allowing residents an easier way to deposit glass in the main recycling container. On March 14, Matt and Michelle Forrester awoke to shouts for help and saw a car on fire between their home and a neighbor's.
