We Remember. We Honor. We Stand Together.
On this day, we pause to honor the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the resilience of a nation that came together in the face of tragedy.
May we never forget, and may we always carry forward the spirit of unity, courage, and hope.
It’s been 24 years since the 9/11 attacks, a day that paused the world for many of us. For those too young to remember, it’s a part of history. For those who witnessed it, the memory remains vivid.
We lost nearly 3,000 people on that tragic day. This morning, we ask you to pause for a moment of silence at a specific time the attacks occurred — 8:46 am, 9:03 am, 9:37 am, 9:59 am, 10:03 am, and 10:28 am — or simply reflect in your own way.
You can also visit the Fallen Heroes Memorial at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center located at 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville. A wreath has been placed there in honor of those we’ve lost.
We thank you for remembering with us.
