Gwinnett County and the Sugarloaf Community Improvement District held a ribbon-cutting to officially present the Sugarloaf Ascension Sculpture as an entry point to Gwinnett’s downtown.
The stainless-steel sculpture, located at the corner of Sugarloaf Parkway and the Interstate 85 southbound exit ramp, is 37 feet tall and weighs more than 20,000 pounds, making it one of the largest sculptures in Gwinnett County
