Firefighters responded at 3:45 a.m. on 21-Sep-2025 to a house fire on the 900 block of Overlook Path Way SE, Lawrenceville.
Fire units arrived and found a two-story residential structure with heavy fire coming from the garage area. Gwinnett County Police relayed the location of the possible trapped victim to firefighters. Firefighters deployed a hose line and a 24-foot extension ladder to a second-story window on the front of the house for rescue. Firefighters made entry through the window and searched the room. During the search, they located a victim and brought them back out of the window and to an awaiting medical unit.
