September is National Yoga Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about the many health benefits of practicing yoga. Did you know yoga’s origins can be traced to northern India over 5,000 years ago?
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services established this month-long celebration in 2008 to encourage everyone to maintain their health and well-being with mindful movement.
Join us in celebrating National Yoga Month by attending Live Healthy Gwinnett’s Yoga in the Park series.
This free program taught by certified instructors is offered at various times and park locations. All skill levels are welcome. Just bring a mat, towel, and water bottle.
