Janet Jordan serves as the Secretary of the Gwinnett Citizen Fire Academy Alumni Association (GCFAAA). She is a dedicated, results-driven professional whose robust academic foundation and specialized training provide the knowledge and practical expertise necessary to excel in diverse, fast-paced, and compliance-driven environments.

She brings proven leadership and organizational experience, developed through her role as a College/Youth Advisor. In this capacity, she effectively mentored and guided young individuals in cultivating leadership skills, making positive life choices, and achieving their academic and personal goals. Her responsibilities included managing weekly meetings, facilitating training programs, leading fundraising initiatives, and coordinating logistics for local, regional, and national conferences, thereby ensuring participants had access to meaningful growth and development opportunities.

Furthermore, she has held Secretary positions for multiple organizations, delivering comprehensive administrative and operational support to promote effective communication, organization, and continuity. These roles solidified her ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, adapt quickly to change, and deliver consistent results within dynamic environments.

Additionally, she has served as both President and Vice President, collaborating closely with leadership teams to develop strategic initiatives, oversee organizational operations, and advance mission-driven goals.
