Venkata Sridhar Panchagnula is the Website Manager of the Gwinnett Citizen Fire Academy Alumni Association (GCFAAA). He started with this group in 2024.  He completely takes care of Website Development, Maintenance , Enhancements  , Issues handling &  Site Access . He is IT side PointOfContact for the GCFAAA Website.

                                    He completed his Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering in 2002 from Andhra University in India. He has Total 17+ Years experience in Information Technology. Initially, he worked as a District Information Officer (DIO) for the Government Of Andhra Pradesh for 1 Year.

            He then moved to the IT industry and worked with Tata Consultancy Services ( TCS)  from 2004 till 2019, during that period he worked with  Telecom  Clients like Qwest Communications for 7 Years, CenturyLink for 1 Year, and Comcast for 7 Years in various roles like Developer, Developer Lead, Project Manager ( 6 Years), Delivery Manger(4 Years)  and Service Delivery Manager (1.5 Years) for Onsite and Offshore engagements in Order Management area (Order to Activation – O2A). Later he worked with  Creospan for client Verizon for 2 Years.  Currently working with GCFAAA as Website Manager from Feb-2024.

     He has worked on various Open source technologies (like: C, C++, ProC, Perl / Shell scripts, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Scripting, Weblogic (7 till 13 versions) Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, EJB, XML, Web Services( SOAP, REST, XML RPC), Springs (DAO, MVC, Batch, AOP, JPA, JWT-OAuth), Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Cloud, Google Cloud, GKE ( Google Kubernetes Engine), AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Swagger, Zipkin Distributed Tracking, Netflix API Gateway, HATEOS, Ribbon, Cloud exposure on AWS, GKE, Spring Cloud, NodeJs, ReactJs) and also on Niche technologies like: TIBCO ( Integration Manager, Business Works, Administrator, RVD, Hawk) on several versions like 4.x  and 5.x, ConceptWave/Ericsson Order Care ( Designer, Business Work, OrderCare, Catalog Management & Administrator) on Several Version 4.x,5.x,16.x,17.x and 21.x. He worked on several models like Waterfall, Scrum,  Agile, and Management Services engagements with clients.

                       He has extensively worked in telecom ADSL, VDSL Flows, Network Diagnostic, Home Security, SIK(Self Installation Kit), 5G, 4G, IVR, Broadband, 4G LTE, BYOD( Bring Your Own Device), PWG ( 3rd party providers), Bulk Flow, GPS Flow, EIS Flow, TechUpgrade, Primex flows, PI SUPP flows, Order Management, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Workflow Automation, Activation areas.

      As Website Manager, Sridhar has contributed to  60+ Pages, 350+ Posts, 20+ Plugins, and the implementation of various new functionalities in the GCFAAA website.  He has contributed more than  2700+ hours in building and maintenance of the site.
